Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy : you may reschedule 1 time (prior to 24 hours before appt time). A 2nd reschedule will need to place a new deposit. cancellations / reschedules within 24hrs will forfeit their deposit + subject to an additional cancellation charge. Sessions booked as half/ full day require a 48hr notice to cancel/ reschedule without losing deposit. Any no-shows will be charged 50-100% of the highest quote amount and unable to reschedule in the future.
