CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and have to submit another deposit to reschedule. Cancellations before the 24 hour mark will *usually* be able to transfer their deposit to the rescheduled date. To reschedule, let me know ASAP. If you have to reschedule a second time, you’ll have to resubmit a deposit. No-shows will be charged 50% of their highest quote and unable to reschedule in the future.
